These ancient ways helped me gather the scattered pieces of my spirit and return to wholeness.
Now, I walk the healer’s path with reverence—guided by intuition, shaped by experience, and held by the wisdom of the Earth. My work is a weaving of energy, presence, and prayer, in service to those ready to reclaim their medicine and rise rooted in their truth.

I created Sacred & Sovereign: A Sobriety Circle to offer a sacred space where we can gather in honesty, connection, and support. Together, we honor the journey of sobriety as a path of reclamation, empowerment, and community.
Through guided Shamanic journeying, we travel beyond the veil—into the liminal realms of soul and spirit. With drum, voice, or visualization, I guide you into deep inner landscapes where insight, healing, and connection to your spirit allies await.
All offerings are held in reverence for your unique path. You are welcomed just as you are, with the invitation to soften, remember, and return to the medicine within.

My Journey
My path into healing work began with my own descent into the depths of addiction- a place where I lost touch with myself yet unknowingly began a journey back home. Through the fire of recovery, I unearthed a deep well of resilience and spiritual connection that had long been buried. As I healed layer by layer, I discovered my gift for guiding others through their own darkness.
Becoming a Reiki practitioner, intuitive guide, and sacred space holder has been part of my soul's reclamation. Now, I hold space for others in their transformations- not from a place of perfection, but from lived experience, compassion, and the wisdom earned in the liminal spaces between shadow and light.
Who Am I?
I am Kristina, a medicine woman and energetic alchemist who has journeyed from decades in healthcare into a more earth-based and energetic medicine path. Over the past decade, my devotion to the healing arts has deepened through yoga, shamanic practice, and Reiki—where I now serve as a Reiki Master & Luminous Guide.
Through an intense spiritual awakening, I was opened to intuitive gifts that allow me to connect with the unseen and listen deeply to spirit. Rooted in earth medicine and guided by compassion, I weave energy and alchemy to support transformation, balance, and awakening. It is my honor to walk beside others as they reclaim their own innate wholeness and luminous truth.
